International Business and Foreign Investments Department coordinates in general the Bank interaction with financial institutions and provides for integrity of relationship with regard to the complete range of the Bank products with banks, subsidiary banking structures, representative offices of both international and Russian financial institutions, with banks located in the Baltic and CIS countries.

International Business and Foreign Investments Department ensures the Bank interaction with market regulators, supervisory and control agencies of legislative and executive powers, with exchange marketplaces, clearing houses, payment systems, rating agencies, banking associations and associations of the securities market professional participants.

The competence field of the International Business and Foreign Investments Department includes execution of treasury operations, classical correspondent banking (Treasury Division); structuring and fulfillment of trade finance deals, providing complete range of documentary operations (Trade Finance and Documentary Business Division); legal support to investments and other issues within the Department line of responsibly (Investments Legal Support Division); marketing, PR and advertising (PR, Marketing and Advertising Division).
