Date and place of birth: 01.12.1971, Severomorsk, Murmansk region Citizenship: Russia Education: In 1993 he graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation Work Experience: Mr. Dzhimbinov as the Srategical Development Director of RB Partners is in charge of the company's financial advisory services and M&A projects. His labor activity started in the internal audit department of Optimum Commercial Bank. Then in some years he was appointed the Chief Accountant of the bank. From 1996 to 2000 as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Moscow) he provided audit and financial advisory services to various large Russian and international banks and companies (Central Bank of Russia, Sberbank of Russia, MDM Bank, MICEX, Chase Manhattan International, and others). After that Mr. Dzhimbinov was holding the position of the Head of Planning and Reporting Department of Alfa-Bank, where he implemented successfully the integrated system of management accounting and budgeting in the financial holding including more than 100 consolidated companies located in a number of countries of the world. Prior to establishing RB Partners, Konstantin was a Vice President and Chief Accountant of VTB Bank.
